   - Access to the live monitoring system is restricted to only authorized personnel in order to maintain security and confidentiality.

 

Camera Activation:

   - Cameras and other sensors are activated to start capturing live video feeds or relevant data.

 

Continuous Observation:

   - Our security team actively watches the live video feeds for 24/7 coverage.

 

Event Recognition:

   - Our personnel is trained to recognize and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or any events that may pose a security threat and know the steps to take when action is needed; Including flashing lights, using microphone to address the situation.

 

Communication:

   - We maintain effective communication channels between monitoring personnel, on-site security, and any relevant authorities to ensure a coordinated response to any event/incident.

 

Reports:

   - Reports are made on a continuous interval which document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during live monitoring and they are sent to YOU.

 

System Maintenance:

    - Our surveillance system is routinely checked and maintained to ensure all components are functioning correctly, including cameras, recording devices, and communication systems.
