• Acknowledgement of the request takes up to 24 hours

• We will provide footage within 48 hours

• There is an $85.00/hour charge for all time relating to the footage review, minimum of 1 hour per request

• We are able to work with non Deetur LIVE installed security cameras, as long as there is a URL and login info for the VMS (video management software).
